How much does your service cost?
Our base price is $50 per person with a $500 minimum for all parties. All fees are included except gratuity. A 20% gratuity on the total bill is suggested. We accept cash or Zelle on the day of the event.
What time will the chef arrive?
Your chef arrives about 15 minutes early to set up the mobile hibachi grill. Setup is quick and seamless.
Do you set up tables and chairs?
No. We provide the chef, grill, food, sake, and entertainment. Customers provide utensils and table set ups.
What services does MR HIBACHI 4U offer?
We specialize in outdoor hibachi catering with a live, interactive chef experience for:

What’s included in the standard package?
Each guest chooses 2 proteins (steak, chicken, seafood, etc.). Meals include salad, fried rice, and hibachi vegetables. Upgrades are available.
Do you offer vegetarian or special dietary options?
Yes! We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly hibachi menus. Please let us know in advance.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We cater events of all sizes—from small backyard parties to large corporate events. We’ll confirm details about a week before your event.
Can we request a specific chef?
We assign the most suitable chef for your event. If you have a preference, tell us and we’ll try to accommodate.
Can the guest count change on the event day?
We don’t recommend same-day changes. Please confirm your final count 24 hours in advance and notify us ASAP of any updates.
Can customers provide their own proteins?
No. Due to insurance and pricing requirements, we do not cook outside protein or food.
How can I make a reservation?
Book through our website: mrhibachi4u.com. For parties with 30+ guests, we automatically assign two chefs at no extra cost. You can also call us directly.
What is your cancellation & weather policy?
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise a $200 fee applies.
If rain is expected, the customer must provide adequate cover (garage, patio, tent, or other sheltered space) so the chef can cook safely.
Do you charge a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. Please contact customer service in your state for details.
What if some guests don’t arrive?
You’re still responsible for the guest count on the invoice, as the chef prepares enough portions for all confirmed guests.
